ADMINS DREAM!

1-1.5 Hour Set Up
"Admin's Dream!" was a project designed to streamline invoice processing for a business. Previously, invoices were received by email, requiring manual entry of key details—such as invoice amount, reference number, and totals—into a spreadsheet.
By leveraging Make.com and the consistent structure of emails from the supplier, I automated the extraction of this information as invoices arrived. The data was then automatically populated into their Monday.com board, neatly organised into dedicated columns.
This automation saved the business 30 minutes per day, totalling 16 full working days per year.
THE HOUR SAVER!

4-5 Hour Set Up
"The Hour Saver!" is a game changer for order processing, eliminating manual work and reducing human error. The automation pulls orders from Shopify and places them into a production board on Monday.com, updating statuses, checking stock across multiple boards, and attaching customer details and production visuals—all without any manual input.
Manually processing orders took 5 minutes per order. With 400–500 orders per month, this automation now saves 33–42 hours every month, 400–500 hours per year, or 57–71 full working days that can be used for more valuable tasks.
SKU Generator

1h Hour Set Up
The SKU Generator automates the creation of unique product identifiers, ensuring each line item receives a bespoke, sequential number. Instead of manually generating SKUs, this automation assigns them instantly as items are added, maintaining consistency and reducing human error.
By integrating Make.com with Monday.com, SKU numbers are automatically recorded in the correct fields, streamlining inventory tracking and product management.
This automation saves 30 minutes per day, totalling 16 full working days per year.
Gmail Tags

1-1.5 Hour Set Up
The Gmail Filter captures any email tagged with a specific label and automatically processes its key details into Monday.com. Once an email is tagged, the automation extracts relevant information—such as order details, customer requests, or tracking numbers—and maps it into the appropriate fields.
This ensures that important data is captured accurately, reducing manual input and speeding up workflows.
This eliminates the need for manual data entry, saving 2 hours per day—totalling 64 full working days per year.
